As an online insurer, technology is an important part of Ineas operations. Ineas runs on a state of the art cross-border platform, for insurance products and services. Ineas’ paperless online system currently operates in four countries and has handled over 300,000 customers. All of our operations and brands work on this single platform in Germany, France, Netherlands and Spain. Ineas web sites are hosted in a specialist and secure external centre to ensure that they are available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
