The Ineas group offers motor insurance and associated services such as roadside assistance and legal assistance. We also distribute a range of other general insurance products such as home, travel and pet insurance. We have operated across Europe for nearly 7 years with local offices and websites in Germany, France, Spain and The Netherlands.
We work with brands targeting specific customer groups to provide the products and services they require. We are a regulated insurance company fully licensed to operate in Germany, France, The Netherlands and Spain and are also a member of various local Insurance Associations in these countries thereby guaranteeing consumer protection. We are an internet insurer focused on meeting the consumer's demand for direct, value-for-money insurance, convenience, self control and transparency.
Direct
We focus on internet distribution. Via our three step buying process we provide customers a fast and simple way to buy insurance. The confirmation and the policy appear on screen and can be printed by the consumer.

We work as a pan European online insurer using technology advanced systems to be a low cost provider and perform enhanced pricing and customer selection passing on these savings to our customers
Convenience
Our insurance products can be purchased when it suits the customer. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. On our sites the consumer will find information and advice making insurance much easier. We support the buying, administration and claims activities of our customers with frequently asked questions, online voice assistance and access to a helpdesk operator. In the case of emergencies or need for roadside assistance our 24 hour Assistance service is available for immediate help.
Self Control & Transparency
We have a dedicated secure Private Domain where the customer can obtain complete details and manage his own insurance policies online. This includes having easy access to all the policy and claims details, billing and payments status and information about any changes made to the policy. It also allows the customer to track his claims online and thereby see the status of the claim and when and how this will be settled.
