In doing so, the insurer completes its product range for private customers. Another innovation is that in a claim case the ServiceCenter, Ineas' 24-hour-online-help-service, is also available on the clients' mobile phone on wap.ineas.com via WAP (Wireless Application Protocol). Seventy-five per cent of all accidents happen in leisure time. And it is just this kind of accidents, resulting mainly from engaging in modern types of trendy sports and when doing housework, that are not covered by a legally required accident insurance. Everybody who for this reason decides to buy a personal accident insurance does make important provisions. The distribution channel internet chosen by Ineas provides some great advantages concerning the conclusion of an insurance contract. By means of the Risk Management Tool PRIMES® it is possible for each internet user to get an overview over their personal risk situation.
