And by "claim tracking", a unique service tool developed by Ineas, the client is always kept up to date – at any time, at any place.

PRIMES®, a risk management tool, provides information that is constantly up-dated as well as support for decision-making processes concerning items such as individual risks, range of products, claim reduction, and claim prevention – for free. Moreover, draft letters help to make it easier for the customer to do the unpopular correspondence with the insurance company.

Wolfgang Franke, insurance expert and member of the board of directors, is conviced that Ineas will soon gain the German customers´ confidence. Ineas Insurance Company N.V. is one of the first insurers that uses the internet exclusively as a distribution channel.
